VibeMe Platform Community Guidelines

Welcome to the VibeMe Platform!
We want VibeMe to be a safe, fun, and inclusive space, so we’ve created these community rules to govern everyone’s behavior on the VibeMe Platform. So please read the following community rules; if you violate the rules, we may review and take action, including limiting or terminating a user’s access to the community or app, or as otherwise specified in these rules, and we do not rule out the possibility of holding you legally responsible.
VibeMe Platform Community Guidelines (“Community Guidelines”) is an integral part of the VibeMe User Agreement, and the Community Guidelines shall apply to the extent that the VibeMe User Agreement is not exhausted.
I. Prohibited Activities
VibeMe will cooperate with any law enforcement agency or court order that has the right to request or direct VibeMe to disclose the identity of any person who violates VibeMe Terms or is involved in law enforcement activities if VibeMe becomes aware of the following Prohibited Activities.
1. The VibeMe Platform does not tolerate any illegal behavior. Do not use VibeMe Platform to buy or sell drugs, counterfeit goods, or seek assistance in committing illegal acts. Do not use the VibeMe Platform to advertise or engage in any illegal behavior involving minors or human trafficking. If we believe that a user is about to commit an offense in the course of his or her interactions, we may take measures of assistance, such as directly contacting the relevant authorities that deal with the risk.
2. Use Platform Services in a way that interferes with, disrupts or negatively affects the Platform, servers or our service network.
3. Use Platform Services for any harmful, illegal or unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the use of any Virtual Goods for money laundering or other financial crimes.
4. Not use the VibeMe Platform to disseminate misleading information or post harmful links to others, or make false statements about your identity, age or other information.
5. Solicit money or other items of value from other Users, whether as a gift, a loan, or some form of payment.
6. Create accounts in bulk.
7. You must not attack people on the basis of their race, ethnicity, country of origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious beliefs, age, disability or serious medical condition.
8. Lure, harm, or deceive minors in any way, or engage in similar acts of child sexual exploitation.
9. Use the VibeMe Platform to manipulate, deceive, or induce others to transfer money or provide other items to you.
10. File false, misleading or patently unfounded reports about a User’s behavior or content, or abuse any available VibeMe reporting or complaint system.
11. Harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, mansplain, sexually blackmail, extort, or intentionally harm other users or cause psychological harm to others.
12. Access or use another user’s account without authorization. Use or attempt to use passwords, keys, cookies, or other data to log in or otherwise access, add, delete, or modify private information or features in another user’s account.
13. Solicit passwords from other Users for any purpose, or obtain personally identifiable information from other Users for commercial or unlawful purposes, or distribute personally identifiable information about others without authorization.
14. Create a false account or impersonate another person. Each account can only have one owner.
15. Show, request, attempt to generate another person in an AI persona without their permission or right to do so, except as permitted by our Community Guidelines.
16. Provide false information, post another person’s content, another person’s private information or other personal information without permission; or create an account for anyone other than yourself, or create multiple accounts without authorization, or request payment from another user.
17. Organize contests, sweepstakes or other such promotions on the VibeMe Platform. Do not solicit other Users for commercial purposes, including through the use of advertisements, coupon codes or sales links. Promote, advertise or share your social accounts for the purpose of gaining followers, selling products, raising funds for fundraising and the like.
In addition, please note the VibeMe Platform does not support any type of sex work, escort services or other similar paid relationships.
18. Please be careful about publicly posting your personal information (including information such as phone numbers, email addresses, bank account numbers, email passwords or social accounts). Do not ask other people to send you their personal details.
19. Upload, share or use the VibeMe service to attempt to generate or identify personal and confidential information about others, such as photos, addresses, credit card numbers, account passwords or unlisted contact information.
20. Post works that are copyrighted or have been trademarked by others.
21. You must be at least 18 years old to use the VibeMe Platform. We do not allow the posting or sending of photos of minors unaccompanied by an adult or not covered by clothing.
22. Manipulate or interfere with elections and other civic processes, except to share your own personal political views.
23. Submit, post or display any content on the VibeMe Platform that includes third-party advertisements, such as front-loaded video advertisements or sponsored images, without the prior consent of the VibeMe Platform.
24. Use robots, crawlers, site search/retrieval applications, proxies, or other manual or automated devices, methods, or processes to access, retrieve, index, “data mine,” or in any way replicate or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of our Services or its content.
25. Use, access or publish the VibeMe application programming interface without the written consent of the VibeMe Platform
26. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted to or through VibeMe Services
27. “Framing” or “mirroring” the VibeMe Platform without the written authorization of the VibeMe Platform.
28. Modify, adapt, sub-license, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile or otherwise disassemble the VibeMe Services, or cause others to do so.
29. Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our Services or any system or network.
30. Use meta tags or code or other means containing references to any VibeMe Platform (or any of VibeMe’s trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos or slogans) to direct any person to any other website for any purpose.
31. Use or develop any third-party applications, including but not limited to artificial intelligence or machine learning systems, that interact with the VibeMe Services or Information without VibeMe’s written consent.
32. Facilitate gambling, games, sweepstakes, lotteries, raffles, and/or any other prize-winning activities.
33. Utilize VibeMe Platform or information thereon to carry out competitive or substitutable activities.
34. Other behavior that violates applicable laws and regulations, public order and morals in the User’s location.
II. Content
You are solely responsible for the content you post, publish, display or otherwise make available on our site, and for any actions or omissions resulting from your use of VibeMe Services (including VibeMe Services or the intentions of other users) or the use of individuals or entities you authorize under your orders. These rules apply to all content you post on VibeMe. We may use content filters and similar technologies to determine to flag or remove the content and users in question.
III. Prohibited content
VibeMe prohibits the uploading or sharing of the following content:
1. Content that encourages or facilitates any illegal activity (including but not limited to terrorism), incites racial hatred, or whose submission itself constitutes a criminal offense;
2. Inappropriate pornography, nudity, offensive content or other similar messages.
3. Upload, share or use the VibeMe Services in an attempt to generate content that exploits others without their consent, such as engaging in sexual blackmail, revenge pornography, posting or threatening to post non-consensual, intimate images or chats, or posting or threatening to post conversations with sexual content
4. Upload, share, or use the VibeMe Services to attempt to generate content that promotes hatred or violence against groups of people, or defames any person, based on their racial or ethnic origin, nationality, religion, disability, medical condition, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
5. Content related to commercial activities, including, but not limited to, sales, contests, promotions and advertisements, solicitation of services, sex work, transactional (“sugar daddy” or “sugar baby”) relationships, links to other websites, or paid dedicated phone numbers;
6. Child pornography-related content. Content related to child abuse, including all images of child sexual abuse or other content presented in a sexual manner, as well as photographs or portraits of minors who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian or who are not fully clothed or otherwise depict or imply that a minor is involved in a sexual act. We will remove such content and take appropriate action, including disabling your account and reporting it to law enforcement authorities with jurisdiction.
7. Violence and Threats. Please do not upload, share or generate depictions of bloody or gratuitous violence, brutal fights, bloody injuries, bestiality or death. We may remove the content and report it to law enforcement if we believe there is a real risk of physical harm or an immediate threat to public safety.
8. Sexual violence. Please do not upload, share, or generate content that depicts rape, domestic abuse, or any form of sexual harassment, abuse, or violence.
9. Defamation or hate speech. the VibeMe Platform opposes the spread of hate. We will never support racial discrimination, prejudice, hatred or violence against others based on who they are, where they are located, or what they look like, including (but not limited to) another person’s ethnicity, race, religious beliefs, physical defects, physical attributes, gender, gender identity, age, nationality, or sexual orientation.
10. Content that may lead to violence or risk of physical harm. We may remove any content that promotes or encourages suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, dangerous challenges, violent extremism or substance abuse.
11. Content that could reasonably be considered offensive or that harasses, abuses or causes psychological distress to others
12. Upload, share, or generate personally identifiable information such as photos, addresses, credit card numbers, account passwords, or other information
13. Content that infringes any third party rights such as intellectual property rights. We ask that you respect copyrights, trademarks, and other legal rights. 14.
14. Restricted merchandise information. Do not advertise or conduct transactions on VibeMe Services that involve regulated goods, such as firearms, alcohol, tobacco or adult products.
15. False content, including false news, false advertising, and false marketing.
16. Content that includes a photograph or likeness of another person (or, in the case of a minor, the minor’s parent or guardian) without that person’s consent;
17. Other content that may damage VibeMe’s reputation, i.e., uploading or sharing content on the VibeMe Platform that is defamatory to VibeMe or its affiliates, or that promotes the misuse of the VibeMe Services or any of the services offered by VibeMe.
18. Content that damages VibeMe’s and our reputation and business interests, and content that violates the laws and regulations of the country or region to which the user belongs and/or is located.
IV. Potential Problems
We may use automated systems, filters, etc. to monitor and review interactions that may violate our Community Guidelines, Terms of Use, or otherwise be harmful to the VibeMe Platform.
V. Contacting Us
As a user of the VibeMe Platform, you are welcome to report to us if someone has harmed you or violated the Community Guidelines through our in-app reporting system or by emailing [ customer-service@thevibeme.com ].
We reserve the right to investigate and/or terminate your account if we find that you have abused the VibeMe Services or engaged in behavior that VibeMe deems inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use, including your behavior involving VibeMe users outside of the VibeMe Services. In addition, any authorization granted to you under these Community Guidelines or other VibeMe Terms, as well as any authorization to access VibeMe Services, will be automatically revoked and we reserve the right not to refund any of your purchases.
